(Pappas) Belknap Born in Providence, a son of the late Frederick and Rosella (McLaughline) Belknap, he lived in Greenville for most of his life. Born in Foster, he was the son of the late Emanuel and Julia (Wright) Brown. He served in the Navy during WWII.
