McTurk, Marjorie (Robinson) Marjorie (Robinson) McTurk, 84, of Pawcatuck, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008 at The Westerly Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Marjorie was born on Nov. 9, 1923 in Darlington, England, the daughter of the late Edward and Ellen (Wilson) Robinson. She attended local schools and served in the British Navy during WWII, where she met her future husband. She married John McTurk Sr. on July 14, 1945 in Darlington, England. Sadly, he predeceased her in 1992.
